Setting Up Samsung Galaxy Store API

Connect AppShots to the Samsung Seller Portal to publish metadata and screenshots to the Galaxy Store directly from the app.

Sign in to Samsung Seller Portal

  • → Go to seller.samsungapps.com and log in with your Samsung account
  • → Make sure your account has an app registered and the Seller level required for API access

Navigate to API Service

  • → In the Seller Portal, click Assistance in the top navigation
  • → Select API Service from the dropdown

Create a Service Account

Critical Step

The private key is shown only once. Download it before closing this page.

  • → Click Create Service Account
  • → Give it a name like AppShots
  • → Select the publishing scope — this is required for metadata and screenshot uploads
  • → Click Confirm

Copy Your Credentials

  • → Copy the Service Account ID shown on the confirmation screen
  • → Click Download to save the private key .pem file — it is shown only once
  • → Store the .pem file securely — you will not be able to download it again

Enter Credentials in AppShots

  • → Open AppShots → Settings → Samsung Galaxy
  • → Paste your Service Account ID
  • → Click Select .pem File… and choose your downloaded private key

You're all set!

The Publish button in the Samsung metadata section will now be active. You can upload screenshots and metadata to the Galaxy Store directly from AppShots.
