1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AppShots software ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the application.

2. API Liability Disclaimer

AppShots may provide functionality requiring the integration of third-party API Keys (e.g., Translation APIs, Model APIs). You acknowledge and agree that these API Keys are entered and stored locally at your own risk.

The developer, the company, and any affiliates of AppShots declare absolutely no responsibility and assume no liability for stolen, compromised, or leaked API keys by hackers, malicious software, untrusted networks, or any unauthorized access to your device. Any resultant data loss, account termination, or financial charges incurred from third-party services are purely the responsibility of the user. You are strongly advised to set strict quotas and usage limits directly via your API provider.

3. License to Use

Unless otherwise stated, AppShots and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the application. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing and utilizing the software to create marketing materials for your own applications.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppShots and its developer(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Application, including data breaches or unauthorized access to third-party endpoints.
